From 1st October 2015 properties which have an EPC rating below band E will be required by Law to have an improvement plan prepared prior to the signing of a new lease.
- Do you own, rent or have completed building a business premises or tenanted property?
- Does your current property have an EPC rating below band E?
If the answer is “YES” to any of these then by Law you require an Energy Performance Certificate or may need your property reassessed in order to sell or rent your property.
