Another staff introduction for you all, today it is the turn of Alastair Dorward.
Ally is one of C Hanlon’s Senior Gas Service Engineers and has worked for the company for 24 years. Starting with us as a school leaver of 16 years old, Ally was enrolled in a four year Plumbing, Heating and Gas Apprenticeship. He has performed many roles within the company from Quality Control Officer to Works Co-Ordinator and estimator. He is currently working on a long term contract with one of our Company’s biggest clients. He is also one of our Emergency Call Out engineers, so if you find yourself with a plumbing leak at 2am, Ally is one of the team on hand to help!
Aside from his many working talents Ally has a young son to keep him on his toes, and can often be found kicking a football about or heading to the gym.
When asking Ally a few questions about his time here at C Hanlon his response was “I had more hair when I started, that’s for sure…”
