STEP 2 – If you choose C Hanlon tradespeople.
To repair the damage, we start with an expert assessment of the property. Nobody has more experience than we do in quickly and accurately identifying and implementing the safest and most economical methods and materials.

STEP 3 – Make the property wind and water tight.
This is an important step in any building project. As soon as the property is made wind and water tight work can commence on the interior.

STEP 4 – Strip out permanently damaged or unusable materials.
We have all the electrical, plumbing and all-round trades knowledge required to perform this key task efficiently and safely.

STEP 5 – Dry out and clean the property.
The property will be ventilated and if required heaters, fans and dehumidifiers will be deployed to aid the process.

STEP 6 – Fully reinstate.
Any necessary plumbing, drainage, electrics, lighting, joinery, plastering and paintwork.

STEP 7 – Return the property to you, as good as new, if not better.
The job is only complete once our tradesmen have removed all materials and equipment from your property.
