C Hanlon engineers were called out to a blocked garbage chute at a block of flats in the Maryhill area of Glasgow.
Our operators cleared the refuse chute and to their surprise found a live kitten had been thrown down the chute and was part of the blockage.
They removed the kitten from site and have now managed to re-home her.
The kitten has been named ‘TOAST’ as she would have been if she hadn’t been found by our Hanlon Heroes Ian and Tommy.
