On Tuesday 30th August 2011 we had a visit from your operative John, he flushed out our domestic cold water mains supply and managed to remove a significant noticeable amount of debris, following this procedure the water flow rate has now improved to that of similar before street mains renewal. I think it would be fair to consider the works he did to be successful and declare our works to be concluded. Thank you for attending to our complaint so quickly.
