On Tuesday 30th August 2011 we had a visit from your operative John, he flushed out our domestic cold water mains supply and managed to remove a significant noticeable amount of debris, following this procedure the water flow rate has now improved to that of similar before street mains renewal. I think it would be fair to consider the works he did to be successful and declare our works to be concluded. Thank you for attending to our complaint so quickly. Please also convey my thanks and appreciation to your operative John who was very efficient and a clean and tidy worker.
