A dedicated member of staff in our customer service department will take details of the job you want our roofers to carry out. We will evaluate the time it will take and find the first available date which suits your plans.

If at any time you have questions or concerns about the job, our knowledgeable and patient staff will answer all queries, so you will feel confident that you have chosen the right company for your job.



A day or two before the agreed start date of the job our roofers will call you for confirmation.

On completion, we discuss the results with you to make sure you are satisfied that everything is done as you expect it, and that you are aware of what we have done, and why we did.

Only when you sign the protocol and you are completely satisfied our job is finished!
