Commercial Heating Solution is the commercial heating division of the CHPH Group.
In the last few years ICHS Ltd has become a major service agent for
warm air heaters across Scotland and specialise in
large central heating systems and
control systems. Our range of services include:

ICHS are able to design the system that best suits the requirements of your company. This includes
control systems,
wet and dry heating systems and
water process systems.
If you are currently using a steam boiler ICHS can carry out
general boiler repairs and re-tubing. We can also conduct
insurance surveys and
mowbrey servicing.
If you have a new system, ICHS can install it for you. If you need to update your existing system, our experienced staff can carry out any alterations and conversions. At all times our staff will offer the best advice on repairing or modifying existing equipment.
To ensure the best future for your systems, we can organise pre-planned maintenance contracts to keep everything in working order. Our qualified staff are able to carry out the required safety certification to keep everything running smoothly.
Gas Line Diagrams It is now compulsory to have certified gas line diagrams at the gas meter and reception, or security for any premises with a 2” or 50mm gas supply. ICHS can provide this for your premises.
Successful Partnerships
ICHS are service agents in Scotland for Johnson and Starley – Dravo. This partnership enables ICHS to offer Dravo products and offer services such as System Design, Heating Installations, Service Contracts and Breakdown Repair. Working with Johnson & Starley Dravo, ICHS are the main service agents for state water heaters in the West of Scotland.
