C Hanlon Multi Trade Specialists consists of several specialised divisions, each with many years of experience and a leader in their sector.

We offer the following services to both commercial, industrial and domestic clients:

C Hanlon Plumbing and Heating

This is the core company and carries out domestic plumbing, heating repairs/installations and bathroom design and fit.

The contracts side carry out works for local councils, housing association, property management companies and medical adaptations for care and repair projects.

C Hanlon Electrical

This division is part of C Hanlon Multi Trade Specialists and carries out domestic and commercial electrical work.

C Hanlon Building and Roofing

This division carries out all building and roofing work, mainly small to medium sized jobs for the domestic and commercial market.

C Hanlon Utilities Ltd

This company deals solely in the commercial market and works for Scottish Water throughout Scotland. Work includes lead pipe replacements, reinstatements and water meter installations.

Industrial Commercial Heating Solutions Ltd

This company deals mainly with the commercial market and carries out repairs and installations for larger scale heating systems in industrial and domestic properties.

Clients include housing associations and facilities management companies.

Power Rod Drainage

This division carries out drainage work for the insurance market, domestic market and for local councils.

Central Heating Installation

This is the central heating installation arm of C Hanlon Multi Trade Specialists.

As well as traditional gas heating installations, we are also moving into the renewable technologies such as solar and ground source heat pumps.
